EnergyGauge Commercial Rater Training
Description
This course is designed to teach the methodology of commercial energy ratings in order to accurately assess commercial buildings. After completion of this one day course a challenge test will be administered to the participants in order to certify as a commercial energy rater. When certified, you can then perform commercial energy calculations on the same level as a licensed HVAC contractor. You must pass a written test in order to certify with the Department of Community Affairs. The cost of certification is $150.00 regardless of any valid residential certification you may have. The FlaCom Rating software is available after you have been certified at http://www.energygauge.com/flacom/purchase.htm.
Registration begins at 8:00 am and class starts at 8:30 am. Lunch is provided.
