RESNET Rater Graded Field Evaluation
Description
The certified rater will be required to do the following without assistance from any outside person(s) but may use any form of notes, manuals or internet in the presence of the QA Designee, QA Delegate or Certified Field Assessor during the Assessment. This includes the set-up of all equipment used in a rating for evaluation purposes.
1. Provide verification, measurements and pictures documenting all RESNET Minimum Rated features of the home. This includes color selections of exterior walls and roofing.
2. Perform and provide the following tests with picture documentation of all set-ups and results obtained:
Duct Tests Total and Outside
Exhaust fan flow testing
Pressure mapping
Zonal pressure
3. Provide a scaled drawing of the home with details including but not limited to dimensions, windows, doors, lighting, fans and overhangs. (Window detail also to include separation)
4. Provide detailed information of the efficiencies of the appliances installed at the time of data collection.
5. Create an .enb file
6. Provide all documentation in professional report form (paper copy) within 30 days from date of data collection
